1) Work start point
Work is considered started when we begin substantive preparation, including reviewing your intake, reviewing documents, preparing calculations, drafting, or compiling your pack.

2) No refunds once work has started
If you cancel after work has started, no refund is available.

Exceptions and corrections

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, or deliver a materially defective output, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correction or re-delivery within scope.

That’s the “serious” safety line that protects you while keeping the strict stance.

3) Before work starts
If you cancel before work starts, you may request a refund. Non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

4) Exceptions and mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, or deliver a materially defective output, you may be entitled to a remedy.

5) Corrections instead of refunds
If you believe there is a clear error or a missing agreed element within scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct it within a reasonable time, provided it falls within the original scope and is based on the information you supplied.
