Do I need to choose a pack before starting?

No. CrewRights provides information and document-preparation support only. Legal advice is provided only by qualified lawyers in the relevant jurisdiction.

No. We don’t contact third parties. You stay in control of communication. We can prepare draft wording you can use if you choose to raise the issue yourself.

Submit what you have. Common documents include your SEA/contract, payslips or pay summaries (if available), bank payment confirmations, leave records (if relevant), and a brief timeline.
